Don’s Story

I’ve owned and run patisseries, a freight company and a motel. I’ve sat up at night doing the books and taught myself to cook for a 100-seat restaurant. I know what it takes to run a small business.

And although I’ve built, turned around and sold profitable businesses, I still know all about the days you don’t want to worry the family but there’s no one else to talk to.

For my clients, I'm the person they can talk to. I started this business to help other small business owners enjoy efficiency, good management and growth. My clients get to go out and do what they’re good at because they know we’ve got their back with the books, the systems and the suppliers.

Joann Thompson Doolan
Client Relationship Manager

Joann has a background in building, HR, office management and payroll. She specialises in helping our clients automate systems and procedures for the greatest efficiency. 

 

Kate Gow
Senior Bookkeeper

Kate looks after payroll, general bookkeeping and administration for many of our clients. Her background is in HR, implementing and using payroll software. She has a Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping, a Diploma in Accounting, and is a Xero, MYOB and QBO consultant.

Kate Hynoski 
Team Leader - Senior Bookkeeper

Kate handles general booking and administration. She has a Certificate 4 in Accounting and is a certified consultant in MYOB and Xero.
